CITS Invites School Students into the World of Translation and Interpretation

The Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation (CITS) welcomes the students of Astrakhan schools. Within the framework of the career guidance excursion the students found out why our school is a special place for future translators and interpreters.

The school students learned about the history of CITS, educational programs and career opportunities, as well as about our partners and cooperation with leading organizations.

The students were especially curious about our profession: how it differs from other professions, what skills are needed and how foreign languages bring new perspectives.

They actively asked questions about the challenges and advantages of studying, which languages are in demand, and the path to professional success. We believe that many of them were inspired by the idea of joining the world of translation!

We remind that excursions to CITS are held regularly and are aimed to help students have a closer look at the profession and make a conscious choice.
