СITS Celebrates SciPitch 2.0

On February 7, CITS hosted the second conference SciPitch 2.0 dedicated to the Day of Russian Science! This is not just a meeting, but a new platform for interaction between the scientific community and those who love English. Participants presented their research as short, striking and memorable pitches.

This time we immersed ourselves in the most diverse spheres of science – from original methods of teaching foreign languages to the mysteries of the Universe. The presentations were full of fascinating research, lively communication, interesting facts and even humor! Thanks to this format, the conference was also accessible to those who were not familiar with the world of science before.

Who participates in SciPitch?

Professors, university, school, gymnasium and lyceum students of Astrakhan joined SciPitch 2.0. The attendees of CITS linguistics courses translated the event – it was a great opportunity for them to put their knowledge into practice and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of a scientific event.

At the end of SciPitch 2.0, Ekaterina Davydova, Head of the Department of Science and Innovation Policy, and Uliana Saveleva, CITS Director, gave congratulatory speeches. The participants received letters of appreciation and gifts.
